Big Cat Idea brought CSI: The Experience to Bullring, Birmingham for its UK premiere. Producing the advertising, print collateral and venue dressing for the event, Idea aimed to create an original and engaging campaign. Our goal was to ‘recruit’ potential visitors into taking part in the experience, cracking one of three cases to become a CSI agent.
The Advertising utilised the space it occupied as the crime scene or recruitment poster. For example, lifts in the Bullring were turned into crime scenes using the wall graphics, which people would then enter as if they were the CSI agent. We created several publicity stunts to captivate the audience, including three unique crime scenes around the Bullring. Feedback was extremely positive; especially being the first event of it’s kind to the Bullring.
