    Big Cat worked in partnership with Arts Council England and Birmingham City Council to promote Gigbeth, Birmingham’s most diverse music festival.

    When Big Cat Creative was appointed to handle the design of promotional materials for the 2008 Gigbeth music festival, the team decided to build on the previous year’s designs to create a recognizable consistency to the event branding. The theme for the brand was developed into ‘Gigbeth, everyone is talking about it’, which incorporated voyeuristic photography taken in and around Birmingham to translate the concept into an eye-catching campaign. Big Cat Creative applied the stylised branding to the advertising and website, as well as other collateral including posters and event programmes, which were also printed by the team.
