Big Cat were approached by Pride London to create a three-tiered float design and build service to offer to participants in the parade. One client in particular being The Home Office, asked us to create a Shakespearean themed float to represent them, based on the title “This above all: to thine own self be true”.
We designed the float, sourced all materials, managed production, logistics and build, whilst remaining within the budget and exceeding their expectations. The float featured a balcony, fully working fountain, rope swing, faux flame torches and sound system. Deemed a fantastic success, the project established the beginning of a great relationship with Pride London.
